Tournament Team and Player Check In
The 2013 Novato Classic Tournament will utilize two forms of Check In
for this tournament.The Team Tournament check in will take place on
Saturday August 3rd.

All Team And Player Check In Will Be Conducted At The Field Directors Stand
At The Field Complex Where You Play Your Games. 
 

          Team Check In
Begins 90 Minutes Prior To Your First Tournament Game. 
         
          Player Check In
Begins One Hour Prior To Each of your Scheduled Games.
 
          Team Check In
All team managers must participate in a Team Check In procedure in which the Tournament
Staff will review your roster, US Club (or CYSA*) medical release forms, birth certificates,
player pass cards, staff cards, and player loan forms if applicable.
 
All documents once approved by the Novato Classic Staff will receive either a
2013 NCT sticker, or 2013 NCT Stamp.
 
Please start the Team Check In process no less than 90 minutes prior to the
start of your first game.
 
*For CYSA registered teams, in addition to the forms and documentation listed above,
you will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance for this tournament.
 
          Player Check In
All team managers must have their Players Check In as a group with stickered player pass cards in
hand prior to the start of each game. This safety and player qualification review must be
completed one hour prior to game time. Player Pass cards must be picked up after each game.
