2018 RECREATION REGISTRATION

 

 

We have currently closed our open registration period, however are accepting registrations for limited openings in some age groups.

The openings are filled on a first come first confirmed basis with age groups automatically closing when space is no longer available.  As spaces within age divisions are filled to capacity, we will list these below. Though this information on space availability is updated frequently, please understand that spaces fill up quickly throughout the day.

Your registration is confirmed at the time the on-line registration and payment are submitted. The registration fee is $269.00.

Currently Closed Age Groups Include:

Boys Kindergarten

Boys 2nd grade

Boys 9/10th grade

Boys 11/12th grade

 

Girls Kindergarten

Girls 1st grade

Girls 2nd grade

Girls 3/4th  grade

Girls 5/6th grade

* To participate in the 2018 Fall Recreation League, players must be 4 1/2 years of age (born on or before Feb 1, 2014) by August 1, 2018. 

 


Refund Policy

Refunds of the Recreation Fall Program Registration fees less a $50 cancellation fee are available from Feb 15  May 31.

June 1 - August 15, Recreation Fall Program Registration Fee Refunds will be 50% of the fee paid.

Except for season ending medical or relocation requests, fees are not refundable after August 15, 2018.

Refunds for reasons of friend requests or carpooling accommodations will not be made at any time.

Camps and all other NYSA programs - fees are not refundable and not transferable. Your registration is a commitment to participate.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Applications for Financial Assistance are available at our In-Person Registration events ONLY.  The 2018 deadline for applications is at the in-person registration event on April 26th.

 

Financial assistance awards will not cover the full registration fee.  The family is responsible to pay the balance due at the time of submitting this application.

 

An adult family member is required to complete (4) hours of voluntary service to NYSA in exchange for the financial award. Families who fail to fulfill their volunteer obligation are ineligible to receive financial assistance in future seasons.

 

All applications must be completed in full.

 

Financial Assistance application approval is based upon financial need and availability of scholarship funds. Not all applications are approved.


All information in the application is confidential and will be used only in the review for the awarding financial assistance.
