Novato Youth Soccer Association has a limited amount of funds available for families requesting financial
assistance for the Fall 2013 season. In order to maximize the use of these funds by eligible families, we may
only be able to subsidize a portion of the registration fees in exchange for volunteer hours served for
which you will be held accountable.
Applications will be reviewed anonymously by a committee comprised of NYSA board members.
All information is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of awarding the financial assistance.
Application Deadline:
The deadline to submit an application for financial assistance is: May 15, 2013
Please note: Due to the application review schedule and limited funding available late
applications cannot be considered for awarding of financial assistance.
Application Process:
You may obtain an application for financial assistance at one of our in person registration dates,

*Any late fees assessed are not refundable and there will be a $25.00per player processing fee assessed on ALL refunds issued.
*Late fees are registration fees over the “Open Registration” charge of $175.00
*A refund of registration fees less the processing fee will be issued if a refund request is received on or before June 10th.
This is a refund of $150.00 per player.
*If a refund request is received from June 11th through August 15th, registration fee less $75 and the processing fee will be refunded.
This is a refund of $75.00 per player.
