2014 Recreational Program Late Registration Process

 
We have currently closed our open registration period however are accepting late 
registrations for a limited number of openings in all age groups. 
 
The registration fees are $150.00 to participate for the balance of the season.

Registrations will be confirmed based upon space availability at the time we receive the completed registration form and payment. If we are unable to confirm an immediate space your registration will returned.

Check payments will not be deposited until a team assignment is confirmed.

Please submit the following:
1)  Signed Registration Form, two pages must be completed in full.

2)  Payment of $150.00 per player (Check made to: NYSA)

At the point your registration is confirmed you can expect to hear from your Coach regarding a team assignment.

 

Novato Youth Soccer Association 2014 Recreation Refund Policy

  • A refund of registration fees, less the processing fee will be issued if a refund request is received on or before June 3rd, 2014.  This is a refund of $160.00 per player.
  • If a refund request is received from June 4th through August 15th, the registration fee less $75 and the processing fee will be refunded.  This is a refund of $85.00 per player.
  • Any late fees assessed are not refundable and there will be a $25.00 per player processing fee assessed on ALL refunds issued.
  • Late fees are registration fees over the “Open Registration” charge of $185.00.​
