Players born between Feb 1, 2012 - Dec 31, 1998 are eligible to register for the 2016
Recreation season and will be assigned to an age group, based on their year in school.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE


  • Applications are available at our In-Person Registrations only.

  • All applications must be presented by the applicant family at a scheduled in person registration event. Applications will not be accepted by friends, mail or email.

  • The online registration MUST be completed up to the point of payment, prior to submitting an application. To register, please click here: REGISTER FOR RECREATION SOCCER

  • The NYSA League has a limited amount of funds available for families requesting player financial assistance.  

  • All recipient families are REQUIRED to complete no less than (4) hours of volunteer service, either working at the opening day celebration, or at field improvement days.  Families that do not fulfill their volunteer obligation will not be eligible to receive a Player Assistance award in future seasons.

  • The maximum award for the 2016 season is $95.00; the family is responsible to pay the balance of $100.00 at the time of submitting the application.  Applications without the co-payment will not be accepted.

  • Not all Player Assistance Requests are approved based on the quantity of requests received.

  • Player Assistance Request forms will be reviewed by a NYSA board member.  All information is strictly confidential and will be used only for the purpose of awarding financial assistance.

 


NYSA PROGRAMS REFUND POLICY


  • Refunds of the Recreation Fall Program Registration fees less a $50 cancellation fee are available from March 15 – June 30th.
  • July 1st - August 15th, Recreation Fall Program Registration Fee Refunds will be 50% of the fee paid.  
  • Except for season ending medical or relocation requests, fees are not refundable after August 15, 2016.  
  • Refunds for reasons of friend requests or carpooling accommodations will not be made at any time. 
  • Camps and all other NYSA programs - fees are not refundable and not transferable. Your registration is a commitment to participate.
